Fare Caps

When you click the Fare Caps navigation link after selecting an existing air policy on the Air Policies page, the Fare Caps screen appears. The page allows you to configure fare caps and fare maximums. Fares that exceed a configured cap are marked as out-of-policy. Fares that exceed a configured maximum are removed from the response.

When you select the Fare Caps navigation link after selecting an existing air policy on the Air Policies page, the Fare Caps screen appears.

This screen displays the caps and maximums configured on the screens linked below. Use the Edit, Copy, and Delete buttons () for each entry to edit, copy, and delete them. Use the add fare cap and add fare maximum links above each section to create new caps and maximums:

• Add Fare Cap
• Add Fare Maximum

Note: To use fare caps, you must also select one of the fare caps options on the Policy Options and Exclusions page.
